Commercial Triage Before Institutional Due Diligence
Every physical fuel transaction ultimately requires legal review, compliance verification, banking support, logistics coordination, inspection services, and institutional due diligence before capital is committed.
Those processes require time, specialized expertise, and significant institutional resources.
The purpose of Commercial Triage is to evaluate whether the proposed transaction reconciles into a commercially coherent, executable whole before those resources are committed.
PCS does not replace legal counsel, compliance professionals, inspection companies, banks, or institutional due diligence.
Commercial Triage begins with the Underwriting Eligibility Assessment (UEA) and is not a substitute for institutional due diligence. It provides an independent underwriting assessment that helps organizations determine whether institutional due diligence should begin.
By identifying material procedural deficiencies and transaction inconsistencies early, organizations can focus institutional resources on opportunities that warrant further evaluation while avoiding unnecessary expense on proposals that cannot be reconciled into a coherent execution pathway.
